A 30-year morning radio & podcast veteran, voice/commercial actor, published writer & accomplished ultra-endurance runner with a passion for childhood cancer & animal welfare philanthropy.

My radio journey began in Nashville Tennessee on an alternative rock station.  I stayed there until I ran out of bleach for my hair.

Then I moved to Daytona Beach to do a top 40 morning radio show. I stayed there until somebody on the request line became the 8 millionth person to beg me to play “Barbie Girl”.

At that point, I headed to the Smoky Mountains, and did another stint on  a top 40 station in Knoxville, Tennessee. Because I’m allergic to the color orange, I had to leave the Vols behind.

At that point, it was off to Tallahassee to do another Alt Rock show until I fully realized that I was IN TALLAHASSEE, so I headed north to Birmingham, Alabama.

I was an award winning personality in Alabama for 4 years.

After that, I began my 17 year journey in the great city of Houston, Texas. Here I have won every major radio award offered, including Marconis, ACMs and CMAs.
